...ner less and they don't know how to deal his junior ...they wants only work .. They don't provide salary on time ,not giving any incentive even use less company.. I don't think ... this company has a good future for any employee

It is a good company where I learnt a lot. Lots of scope to learn & grow.

Main dismotivasting thing is salary which we get on 15 or even late of every month. At the time of new vacancies of TL or floor manager, I expect promotion of my seniors(so that I also work harder for promotion in a year or so) but they recuit new satff, whom have no knowledge about the process.

...security doesn't exist so everything you are told cannot be taken at face value. Kindly make sure you check the job offer and salary before you sign up with them. They practice in mass lay-offs, I survived it but due to lack of progress and uncertainty about salaries I left the place with mutual agreement. Even though the people in charge and in HR have females, they didn't support a team leader when she was harassed within the work environment. Instead they gaslighted her blamed her to a point that she left. It was a horrible ordeal. There's a lot of politics, lack of etiquettes and over all toxic work environment with harsh working hour schedule.
