Employment with marwari catalyst was not less than a horror story The workplace lacks from a place to eat peacefully and worst restrooms The management under a underqualified so called "Sultani" was harrowing at best, Every thing is mismanaged 1. The company treats HRs like crap where HRs are appointed to book travel tickets , post classified ads for their cubicle bookings ( co - working) , guest facility management and everything that an HR does not do The company has no concept of transparency , worst culture where they overload projects on an employee and force them to complete under a very short period of time with no clarity and support. What's more these guys try to portray themselves as mentor to various startups , oh gosh like seriously Meanwhile they don't have civics sense themselves to treat their own employees with clarity and transparency Atlast all i would say is its not worth to join this organization if you love job security They will fire you without notice and for no particular reasons and will underpay you .
