Salary Structure is not good Research Culture is not good university. They shows that they have good research culture but the amount of teaching load will not allow you to do any work related to research. Complete control is given to HOD'S and that's why you will find different work culture in every department. HR policies are worst.

Work culture, job security, in time salary. Very few points are good. You will get salary on time. Salary wise growth is not there. If you want leave, they will give you leave.

Dislikes

All heads and management people are illeterate. Behaves like they don't care. Each and every where they involve faculty. One side they will tell you to do research and another side they will assign you too much work.

time to time salary, if you satisfy with out growth & opertunities your job always secure, lot of festival leave if you wish to spend time with your family.

work culture not supoortive you are resposible for your work, HR not supoortive, no any type of work management or appriciation for your work, no hope for any type of yearly incriment or appraisal, no post pramotion or work pramotion and very low pay scale, and if you try to leave job then HR rule is so strict according to him you will serve 2 months of notice period compulsory.

Oppresiveness, favoritism, unfairness, unprofessional attitude of higher authority

My time with MU has been a real struggle. The low pay, micromanagement by higher authorities, lack of appreciation, blatant favoritism, and poor HR policy are responsible. The leaders and higher authority are too busy with micromanagement, and manipulating people. HR department does not have any clue and just follows whatever higher management has ordered them. During COVID, the university decided to slash the salaries of staff, putting financial strain on everyone. It is a stark reminder that management's true character is revealed not only over time during prosperity but also in how it treats its employees during challenging times. Very high retention rate, almost everyone is resigning every other day. Lack of empathy, poor professionalism, and fairness during external crises. Overall a bad experience.

Salary comes on time every month but HR deducted salary too much

Human Resource Director Sriram Padmnabhan & HR Manager Sonal Punjani they both are thiefs they cut employees salary and every year they make big growth in their salary. HR Manager Sonal Punjani is doing nothing the whole day just busy on personal phone calls from 8 am to 4 pm & taking fat salary at home every month. She is the biggest thief of Marwadi university. She is cutting employees salary and putting in her pocket.
