If You are Fresher you can learn & expand your knowledge very much. There is absolutely no work pressure, no deductions in salary even if you come late. Very Good Friendly nature of employees. Two Saturdays Holidays Per Month

1. They will provide every document in hardcopy ie (salary slips, Offer letter, etc) 2. Two Years Of Bond which is suicide for freshers and even experience candidates. 3. You are not allowed to get Salary Slips you need ask permission for it. 4. Salary Appraisal Not Good only Experienced old employees will get more appraisal & attention they don't care about freshers. 5. Very Low salary for freshers. 6. They will give offer letter after 2-3 months for (freshers)
