No work life balance in Service vertical, boss expects you to stay in office even after 9 PM on most days, was asked to work on most of the weekends; many a times new people in the company are awarded as an under performer during appraisals; work culture is very toxic, your boss might just shout at you and humiliate you in-front of the whole office or infront of the dealership employees

People praises job security in Maruti but what if company makes you leave in first place. We should praise other factors more. And in MSIL, they are making every other thing worse.

...olitics - It happens every where. Specially if your company is purely Indian. Salary - Initially, MSIL was known as pay master but now company started bench marking with other companies and slowly reducing increment amount.

Job security is very high in this company along with company policies. Supportive Teammates and Fairly high appraisals with good bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Lots of politics involving top management and field decisions are slow and gruelling. More bureaucracy and paperwork is tiresome.
