Poor salary as compared to other production linked industries inspite of high revenue / proft. Very poor work culture, work life balance is pathetic and skill development is zero. No trainings. Employee morale is zero. Top management is poor in decision making and defending the hard working team below it. It is a sinking ship in terms of culture. It is matter of years before it crumbles as poor quality workforce will replace existing ones and thus cannot handle high expectations from customer.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond 2 year.

Some area work culture is very bored. Replacement or department change chances is very low so you can not learn or take experience of other area. If you are working in assembly shop then 99% chances you will retire from same shop.
