...... Because I used to work telecalling in insurance department at Maruti Suzuki. I was never given appointment letter, pay sleep did not go.Later I found out that I am not an employee of Maruti Suzuki office, not an employee of the insurance company? I had no security. Parkstreet Maruti suzuki naxa insurance manager used to harass me in many ways & abuse a lot..talking about my character. The behavior of the insurance department employee was not good. After the insurance renewal was done, the customer did not give the policy paper when requested from the head office.To force me to tell the customer about false promises. Policy papers were not given on time. As a result, the customer killed me.Moreover, despite having attanance, I was marked as absent. I quit after 2 months because I didn't feel safe...

Work profile, place, management, team members, other environment are good.

As we are working here on 3rd party pay roll so we don't have any opportunities to grow here. We haven't any scope to get promoted in next level. We are staged here in same position.

They gives you 100% satisfaction to job security if you do your duty properly, work culture was good, get a lot chances of learning of their upgraded products and technologies.. all things are quite good.

They need to think about their employes, incentive schemes, and salary...

According to me MSIL is one of the best automobile company.company not debit a single penny from salary.so in my point of view this is the world best company.

Pseudo growth as in - your salary will grow but even after 15 years you'll be doing the same work. Pathetic work culture in sales- Promotion is not at all KRA driven but upon managers discretion Transfer policy totally unfriendly to all even high performing employees Bureaucratic nature of work with no power to an employee - you just communicate what seniors have told- and even share the blame of others. Leave approval even for genuine reasons is questionable Long working hours 9-9 almost daily Saturday - holiday is a hoax.
