There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but careers growth is slow .On the job training is not given to new joinees. Maruti company gives more import to Permanent Employee .

Maruti suzuki is excellent company. No work over load for workers. He is paying good sallery. Company policy is a good for every student and workers

Salary is good but career growth is slow. But they have not bond any worker. Worker resign any time without any issues

Yes I like maruti suzuki company because company all facility are better than other company and salary pay at time. All rule are better then other company. Maruti suzuki company are give safety first.

Compensation, overall employees benefits & job security is good considering a manufacturing company.

Dislikes

Poor work culture specifically in Production & all the other supporting departments, lack of role clarity, too much politics by the senior management, politics in promotions & other career growth opportunities by the reporting seniors. Only the flatterers of senior management across the organization get the opportunity to get timely promotions & career growth. Even the genuine problems of employees are addressed with diplomacy & politics by the senior management rather than providing a right solution for the same. Overall the most disappointing part is terrible work environment across the organization.
