...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the manegement doesn't address our issue Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.On tha job training is given to new joinness

Compensation, overall employees benefits & job security is good considering a manufacturing company.

Dislikes

Poor work culture specifically in Production & all the other supporting departments, lack of role clarity, too much politics by the senior management, politics in promotions & other career growth opportunities by the reporting seniors. Only the flatterers of senior management across the organization get the opportunity to get timely promotions & career growth. Even the genuine problems of employees are addressed with diplomacy & politics by the senior management rather than providing a right solution for the same. Overall the most disappointing part is terrible work environment across the organization.

Dislikes

Politics at all level junior to senior management level. Latteral employees are targeted by peers since they fell threatened by their skill and knowledge. Quite members who are more proactive by nature are less favored by managers. Result in lost promotions, lower salaries than extroverted colleagues with similar experience, and being taken for granted.

1. From learning perspective MSIL is a good company as they have many models.

Dislikes

1. Work pressure is high but compensation is not that good. 2. Working hours are very high. 3. Work life balance is not good.

Likes

- Employee benefits - YoY hike & Variable pay - Good for beginners for their learnings and automotive exposure - Highly encouraged for doing innovative stuffs - Person who want to stabilise financially, MSIL is a good option (decide based on the dislikes section)

Dislikes

- Worst Work culture - Company culture won't fit for experienced persons - Top level management is highly conservative and show Arrogance attitude - Weakened HR department - High level of Micro Management - Top management people won't consider you as an employee rather a slave - Hierarchical mindset - Leader/boss delegate the pressure (from their seniors) to all levels - Played good & bad cop game during notice period - Located in the highly air and water polluted region (not preferable for who have lungs related disease, more prone to PM2.5 further may reduce their lifespan) The above points were experienced personally for the tenure of 5 years. I hope this review may save atleast one person from toxic environment.
