Nothing to like in this plant, one of the most poor working culture and its all made by illiterate CEO and VP Mr. Sunil Singh which having zero knowledge of equipment and production.

...ed by HR team, any time employees and contractors kicked out without intimation. Salary hold any time without intimation. MD and CEO totally away from reality of plant cause of mr. Sunil singh.

Non-Cooperation between the Employees/ Departments which leads confusion to the management in taking wrong decisions. On otherside, management has handed over the responsibility to the next generation without making them to understand the business portfolio.

Its an ownership organization, in transition phase trying to convert ownership culture to corporate culture. SOP's not there, JD not defined. Formats are not standardized, lot of changes are there on regular basis.
