No job security, no service rules, no pf esi benefits,dictatorship administration, No canteen subsidy,No standard policies,No drinking water facility at work place. no dust precautions facility. No longer service life,If served for 6 months their life will loss of 10 year due to coal dust.

No service policies. Dictatorship administration, No workers welfare, salary will pay at their opinion, No appointment order,No service experience letter, No reliving letter.

i want do the more implement in power sector & decrease the auxiliary consumption.

Here we are taking 50% salary in hand like casual labors , HR persons are hopeless they can't do their work properly.

1- There are many thing to dislike i.e:- HR team, Unskilled Teams, Discrimination, Poor Accommodation's, Bad company culture. (Worst part of this Company is HR Team) 2- Employee are treated as Bonded laborer's even if they are at senior Level. 3- There is no stability of Manpower's, They usually lay off employee at every level which lead to instability in work and unnecessary work pressure to achieve targets.

Here Policies & facilities applicable for new employees only.. company not consider old employess and who works loyalty for long time company development... even managent whats going on ground level at palnt they cant look here.
