First of all, there is no hiring firing process going on in this company. If they hire you, they'll treat you like their responsibility. You'll welcomed with hampers, will be provided with your assets, will have fun on Saturdays and much more. There will be targets for sure, no company pays you for free as they also need some productivity, but you'll be provided with sufficient training which will absolutely make you productive. I am in HR team; the reporting authority is very co-operative and as I see others they are also well maintained as well. Overall, in a company I see Job security, which they are providing for 110%, next a compatible working environment which is fulfilled by conducting weekend employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations n all. Just some employees sustaining activities. In short, this company is a thumbs up to move on.

Dislikes

Not much, just increase in salary would be a plus, but as a fresher I am satisfied with the same also.
