...nd day not to come from tomorrow +if you resign they will torture you like hell. Payment- they pay you on 15th of the every month making you work 45days. Even if you resign, they will ask you to serve notice period but did not pay you. Culture- you will feel like you are in a kinder garden school, it’s just like a dictatorship here. You will feel like snakes all around and won’t be able to trust people easily. Work life balance- 0 you are force to work even on the Sundays if management demands, only person who can survive here is one who lock management shoes. you don’t have freedom of words in every condition. EVEN YOU HAVE CAMERA WITH MICROPHONE WHERE MANAGEMENT IS LISTENING TO YOUR EACH AND EVERY WORDS BE IT PERSONAL OF THE PROFESSIONAL. Politics- office politics are its peak, management use your colleagues as a weapon and target you keeping guns on there shoulder, no one is truth worthy. Expenses- they ask you pay expenses from your pocket and when it’s time of the reimbursement they won’t pay you proper amount what you have spend in your visits. Leaves - there is nothing like leave policies even for a basic sick leave you have to address 2days prior.

Work Culture, Job Security, Work Satisfaction, Fun activities on Saturdays, I'll tell in detail. I joined this company as a fresher. First of all, there is no hiring firing process going on in this company. If they hire you, they'll treat you like their responsibility. You'll welcomed with hampers, will be provided with your assets, will have fun on Saturdays and much more. There will be targets for sure, no company pays you for free as they also need some productivity, but you'll be provided with sufficient training which will absolutely make you productive. I am in HR team; the reporting authority is very co-operative and as I see others they are also well maintained as well. Overall, in a company I see Job security, which they are providing for 110%, next a compatible working environment which is fulfilled by conducting weekend employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations n all. Just some employees sustaining activities. In short, this company is a thumbs up to move on.

Not much, just increase in salary would be a plus, but as a fresher I am satisfied with the same also.

Nothing to like. It's a kind suggestion that not to apply for any role except HR as there is no clear road map for the other team. This company is worst company I ever had worked.

Best in politics. No job security. No respect to employees. Uneven targets that can not be achieved. It's a trading company and not a manufacturer. Chinese importer. They don't have any manufacturing plan and they are fake to the client telling that they have manufacturing plant in somewhere in the remote area of Gujarat and show you a video of some plant in which if you will focus you will find chinese people working there. It will be your worst decision to start your career here. They even don't pay to employees after serving notice period.

Everything,No job security here, the post you see here is done by HR from different ID's or in the name of job thread's, they have no manufacturing unit, they not neither value there customer neither employees,they hire in name of placements and fire after 10days if they find person is not in their favours, today 80%-90% new recruits are also trying to leave the jobs but couldn't do so as they have made them signed the bonds for 3years without informing the candidates they give monthly salary after 45 days of working. They fired more quickly then they hire If you spend 15 rupees water bottle then also you have to submit the bill. Absolutely trash company. If you do not have job then do the swiggy,zomato,ola and uber but DO NOT JOIN THIS.

Nothing to like about the company, no ethics or moral values, no job security (they fire more faster than they hire),company do not have any manufacturing unit they fake it, they are not loyal to either their customers not their employes, 100% fake. Even Owner himself is so arrogant, rude and plays politics with his employee.same is the HR and their policies. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF JOB HERE YOU WILL DEFINATELY REGRET
