Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This is third party job. Company not provide any leagal documents like offer letter, salary slip and experience letter. Calture is like crap material area. Management policies not good for employee future. When your salary increase, you will get tourcher from management like hr and company owner. In the resignation time you will to give 45 days notice period.

If you want to do better future. Pls don't go for third party job

Good work environment and teammates are supporting. Company policy is good. Less salary but good bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management not care for employees salary is low and carreer growth is slow.
