Work responsibilities are so meshed that even juniors engineers would direct interaction with client managers and gain hands on-exposure to latest tools, methodologies, SCRUM processes etc. I would assume overall tech skills will grow faster than other peers in the industry and become well-rounded professional. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
