It is five years running and am contented that I continue to get a better-than market package, conducive and responsible work environment where everyone has an unambiguous role to play (no babysitting) and supportive colleagues ready to pitch in.

Work life balance. Management cares about you when you are hospitalized. Salary on time. Appraisals are more than industry standard.

Micromanaging the team. No job security. Company doesn't even honor the notice period while kicking you out. Full and final is a dream. Management is horrible.

Worst HR-ROHINI. She doesn't have respect to people. She is very Arrogant. She doesn't know how to treat the candidates when they come for Walkin. Worst person I have ever seen. Don't waste your time coming to this studip company to neet this arrogant Rohini

What I like the most about this company is the work environment and flexible style of working. Therefore, we enjoy coming to the office and also working in such surroundings. Communications with seniors is honest and open so anyone can reach out for queries without hesitation.

Sometimes few people make misuse of the free environment.

Work responsibilities are so meshed that even juniors engineers would direct interaction with client managers and gain hands on-exposure to latest tools, methodologies, SCRUM processes etc. I would assume overall tech skills will grow faster than other peers in the industry and become well-rounded professional. Recommended company!!
