Management has become like 'Baniya ki company". Only bother for primary. Very pathetic work life balance, day start with 8 and end at 10 with 50 call from line manager

...agement is transparent. Tere is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every years

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...to Do not join it as Company is loosing value in Terms of Employee Retention.. Guys Do not play with your Future just for Few % of Increment in the Salary. I want to save your Future by raising Internal Issues in front of you which you will never get before joining the Company. Thank You
