Nice work environment. Some teammates are really supportive. Company provides you a good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There are certain things which makes you feel disappointed...but there is no point to address it now. I truly respect our owner Mr Sanjay Narang sir.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that high quality standard and has a so many national and international customers. As a result I get a good life, good progress, good hike, and enjoy delicious food in Mars also enjoyed the Mars atmosphere. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
