Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The best thing about GHC is that you get to try new ideas, and learn a lot. If you're good at your work there is a great chance for growth.

Dislikes

Appraisals might be a little slow, over a year, if you're ok with that then it's a great company to start with.

The worst company you could work with because no long term plans with the company they just hire and fire people and no job security never join this company even if you have different skills.

Dislikes

There is no future in the company they just hire and fire you for simple reason and never think being at your side
