Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing , They never pay salary on time, fraud management. They will always find silly excuses for not paying salary

Dislikes

Nothing to learn, Unprofessional approach towards employees. Management only pay salary if they likes you and that's not depend upon your performance in the Job

Works we have to udertake are good and interesting. We won't ever feel bored.

Dislikes

...sure is very high. They would make us work hard and give very less compensation. Don't expect salary from them they won't give. Managers and team leaders do not value your hard work and your situvation all they need is their work.
