.... However, now I take pride to say yes I am a well groomed market researcher. The organization willingly support and help in professional growth with salary increments and learning if one is honestly deserving. One thing is quite strict here, If freshers are joining here and cleverly looking for job intermettenly since starting or within few weeks, or have very casual attitude, dishonest towards work, and mainly involve in office politics then such people can not hide and will be asked to leave. I have seen company recognising and getting rid of such multiple employees. Never seen such a transparent organization. I wish the organization a good luck and success. Dil se.

Absolutely shit working culture. Only thing I learn in one year of my time that there are multiple ways to copy paste and DO NOT SHARE ANY PERSONAL LIFE WITH OFFICE. Absolutely shit working culture. You can't even talk to female co-worker or else so called upper management ( which compromises of 4 people ) will accuse you of having affair and talk bad behind your back, plotting office politics, changing seats like it's a school. ABSOLUTELY WASTE COMPANY.

... prescription for just one day leave every time (MBBS DOCTORS'S PRESCRIPTION). And they also do not provide you any kind of salary slip, by saying its not mentioned in our company policy. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT judge you on the basis of your personal preferences and give you GYAN that what is right (Even if it is wrong) They think that we are defaming the company, or plotting against the company as if it is a state run and owned by them and we are trying to overthrow his govt., if we gave our opinion anywhere.

My old workplace! Well, it was like sitcom where the punchline were delivered with a side of confusion and sprinkle of chaos. Picture this: a management team that could turn a simple "no" into an Olympic sport of manipulation. Casual Leaves? More like Casual Inquisition - Nobody dared to say this but its the truth. "Casual Leaves". You'd think they are asking for your life story! What are your plans? Who will you be with? Will you be eating pizza or sushi? Applying a casual leave feels like applying for top-secret government clearance. The Dictator and His Colony - The management structure resembles a dictatorship, with a leader and his loyal subjects (Management)- who, let's be honest, are probably just as bewildered as the rest of us. The Job that Wouldn't Let Go - The retention policy was so strong, I half-expected them to send me flowers on my last day, Even the manager threw in the towel-proof that even he couldn't handle the drama of this sitcom.
