As this is a NGO salary will be given less but they give more preference to serve people

I don’t find anything that I can dislike about Mapru Foundation. I really want to be part of the team for long duration .

...what I could offer. My knowledge and research skills have been further enhanced. The flexibility of remote work is also a bonus and I would recommend it to anyone looking to make a positive impact on the world and generally get a sense of the non-profit sector especially as a volunteer.

The duration of the internships offered could have been longer.

...velopment, a better environment, women upliftment and corporate volunteering. It's an added bonus that Marpu promotes group tasks which helps us to connect better and develop leadership skills by breaking down goals into further sub goals within the groups. It teaches us efficiency which I'm truly grateful for!

Dislikes

None, really. I was an intern for only a week, thus there wasn't much room for me to point out scope for improvement. However, I'd prefer if the assigned duration of internship does not exceeds itself just because of management's personal commitments.
