I enjoy almost everything about working here because one doesn't just learn, you also have the opportunity to engage with people around the world. Which makes it easy for you to be recognized with the outstanding work you get to do here.

Dislikes

Only thing I would say is that we all want to earn a salary never mind the issue of growing as an individual. Since the foundation is an NGO, sometimes one gets motivated when you receive some sort of payment instead of just a thank you.

Marpu foundation is the place with excellent NGO and CSR as it provide proper internship program and opportunities for the job . It is also a fun working place . Mainly I got the privilege of witnessing the work done in this foundation . I liked their dedication of improving the lives of marginalised groups and providing the global challenges to them.

Dislikes

I dislike it in terms of financial outcome as if we compare to other cooperative companies NGO's are giving less salary but it is a place of work and peace . There is no other dislike in the marpu foundation.

The inclusiveness and individual attention that everyone gets is a plus factor. In most organizations student interns like me feel left out because adults don't pay any attention to them but it's not the case here.
