No salary No management support No work environment Late login deduction I joined this organization in February 2022, for the Digital Marketing Manager position. I received only a 1 month salary and didn't receive 4 months salary. First, I trusted the company and the management and worked for 4 months. When I asked the HR, she said every time will be credited in a day or two days but till now I didn't receive any salary. Now she is saying we will not credit the salary. Past 3 months they have been given work from home because of the relocation of the office in a new building. Now they have not given any update regarding the office location, but they opened the new office and recruiting the new team without informing the old team who have not received the salary yet. They took approximately 2 Lakh from students with the commitment of job placement guarantee, but they are giving the training 3 months only, later terminating without intimation. Please, don't trust and join this company. If you're choosing this company for your career, your future will collapse without doubt. This is one of the fake and fraud company in Hyderabad. When you paying the money they will say it's work from home. Go and check the company there are not in the location what they mention the address in Google. If AmbitionBox accept the any option to give zero rating. I will definitely give zero rating. I wrote the positive content in below section when I joined the company because of I trust them. Here no option to edit the review. So, consider this review as updated information.

This was a fraud company looted money in exchange of job, did'nt gave last 6 month salary also to the employees.some genuine employees from this company is struggling to get a job inspite of having good experience like me from this company as this company got black listed and they did'nt provide proper leaving documentation and pf to thier employees.

I didn't like anything at Marolix technology solutions Pvt Ltd. Because it is a fraud company they will not pay salary in time and nothing will happen to you when you join in that company better don't join this company you will waste lot of time and money of you it is not worth for working in that company.

All are dislikes only and this is the company where they are established in 2011 and they are running still they will take 2 to 2.5 lakhs from each person to give the job after that they will pay you 15k to 18k as the monthly salary for you and upto 2 to 3 months they pay and after that will not pay anything for you and they even don't respond to your calls or messages and they have done this type of things since 20111 in Bengaluru, chennai and now they are doing the same thing in Hyderabad. Even though if you give complaint to the police or press also they will manage that people also and they are also not responding to anything these like they have cheated so many innocent people and no one cannot help you if you join in that company. Once if you join in that company and means you have to lost the money what you have given to them. But we don't why all the higher authority people are supporting them we don't know. Once if you go and check the company you will get to know about it.

This fake company. Don't join this collecting money from job seekers then don't pay salary. Completely fraud company. No 1 fraud company in Hyderabad. No projects only collecting money from aspirents.
