Toxic work Culture and no flexibility! My experience with Markup designs was very disappointing. The work culture is toxic and there is absolutely no flexibility in office hours and breaks. Even if you are just few minutes late, you'll receive a strict warning from the management. Employees are expected to deliver results without any proper process or guidance. The senior management has a very negative attitude and does not treat junior employees with respect. Instead of supporting the team they blame team for everything. The VP of sales lack proper knowledge and leadership skills, he puts all the pressure on the team and conceals the truth from ceo and upper management to save his job. The HR's at Markup also does not treat the sales team well. Instead of supporting employees, they disrespect and belittles them. There is no focus on employees well being, and the work enviornment is full of unnecessary pressure. within just 1.5 months of joining, I was unfairly put on the PIP that shows company does not invest in helping employees grow but instead pushes them out. Overall, this was a stressfull and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and professional worksplace.

My journey with markup stared 8 years ago, and its been nothing short in incredible. now as the pre-sales- Manager, i look back with pride at how far the company has come markup has fostered a healthy growth-oriented work environments embracing diversity and innovation. the managements encourages new ideas and prioritizes peoples development even when i was new here, i was impressed by the professionalism and strong communication that made growth a shared goal for everyone.
