Only salary on time there is nothing to like in the company too much office politics in the workplace manager don't have communicate skill how to talk with someone, even senior manager don't have proper tone how to talk with junior specially logistics department.

Dislikes

Strict timing no flexibility, not balance work life and personal life, too much office politics, too much work pressure, only junior employee working all day manager's are very toxic manager's not doing any single work in day only passing the work to juniors.

Work life balance , manager behavior, canteen facility, they always expect to do 10 -12hr work without OT. Harassment. Please don't chose this company the condition is worst here .
