I worked there and trust me, if u r leaving your home town for job please please don't come for this company. The upper management -Tls and manager in research team specifically is the worst .. there employee retention rate is literally like 2% every week employee join to leave it in 3 or 4 days. The worst

...d will give u loads of work so u r there in office till 9 or later In the night. Tls will come daily 2 hours or 1 hours late but nothing but u will come late your salary will be deducted they deduct half salary on the basis of your timing if u r a minute late u salary will be deducted.

...y has a worst environment and mostly collogues are a part to so called politics. doing fake promises, they promised like we will increase your salary within 3 to 6 months and if we said then do the same on the mail then they denied. They are stand on their words. When I joined that organization I was very excited but within 3 months I was totally frustrated and irritated. Good people are not able to join that organization or can't survive.

The organization culture is very toxic, all the manager and senior create worst working environment due to this most of the employees have anxiety attacks and health issues. Even professionally they don't have any new work, and if the research team has the capacity of 25 members only 8-10 employee work here most of the recruit leave the organization in 1 month due to above stated reasons. Work hours are strict and they make sure that you work till late in the office, and even at your home. Management is on poorly rated. There is no benefits and good appraisal in the company as well. P. S. Don't go for the above good reviews, company forcefully created those reviews by there employees.
