No salary on time ( on 19th september we recieved our salary for August. just imagine the delay) No Pf on time 12 hr work shift Seniors throwing you under the bus for there mistakes Making you stressed by creating fake urgencies

Liked nothing as your job is not secure at all, only people who are close to the MD sitting their from decade, rest no one is secure, don’t ever think to join this company.

Disliked everything you don’t get salary on time there is no learning, even if u get late by 1 min your half day salary gets deducted, even not marking exit on pf portals very much disappointing staff including finance who don’t even pick calls for any query

Salary not credited on time Pf not credited on time No actual research project available Complete manipulation of data Poor work culture Lack of knowledge and ownership among the seniors project manager/lead Total politics at the top level No support regarding any project from the seniors as they themselves have no idea

Nothing to say much. Suffering from 5he first day. I have no options. So I am continuing with struggle

... increment only 3500rs. At first i am getting 11k, at now i am getting 14k only. No proper increments , no proper bonus settlements. Company pending to me 3years of bonus. There is no value for employees 😞. They treat like a slave. More work less money. Please ignore this company when u want a job. Namashkar

They simply don't care about you. You can be laid off anytime. You have no value to them.

no recognition, no timely salary, deduct pf from salary but don't credit it to our PF account, no appraisals. anyone can be laid off any time.
