Besides working as an Academic Coordinator for more than 5 years depending on the institution in this tough time of lockdown and pandemic, No salary was given in this period of above 1 year and that's the reason I resigned from the job.

Salary timing and you cannot depend on it during your tough times

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Everything is very good and effective. The management don't wanna leave its employees easily once they're in. So that's all and nothing else.
