Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The salary is too low compared to the salary of other organizations of same kind. No benefits are given working here since last 16 years still neither work culture improved not the salary

Principle is 80 years old. So called the owner everything rotates around her , no proper rules and regulations are followed all rules are self made .staff doesn't get even a sick leave , they are so disturbed.

The entire month of March 2020 to june 2020 they did not pay any salary. In the month of july onwards they started paying exactly half of the salary . For the month of oct may be due to festive full salary was paid but on 16th oct 2020. Not a bonus but salary. Now no salary till 30th November. How to balance life we dont know.

Dislikes

Working here since 2006 in last 15 years of job one thing that was found is it's a one man show . The governing body or managing committee has no responsibility for the staff.
