They were not paying salaries on time, Aab to company bhi close ho gai, Owners pata nai kaha bhag gai, defaulted in their lenders payments , emplyee payments and also fail to pay all goverment taxes, totally fraud company

... highly unprofessional. There is lack of positive attitude among the colleagues. The trainings are of no use & are given only so that the cost is deducted from the employees salary. There is no career growth in this organization as you'll not get the opportunity to expand your knowledge & skills nor your appraisals will be done in proper manner. The salary paid does not balance with the amount of work done & time devoted by an employee & that too are not paid on time. Travel time is too much as it is on the outskirts of the city. There is no work-life balance as the employer doesn't evaluate the work done by an employee or the output but, time given to the organization as they expect & make the employees work & be available 24*7. There is no limit to overtime working hours & you will not be paid for it. The HR policies are only on papers & are not followed in practical.

There is no job security and the work culture is very bad. The tram mates dominant you in every time. And about the management, they don't know how to handle the situation and delay in every work but never ever done this work on management end. The company policy is good but the Head Office staffs are don't know hou to utilise and how to manage the staffing and services.

...main reason is management playing the game with staff to dominate in every time. Salary is not good and they are not provide, they give the one month salary after 2month the EPFO and ESIC deduction don't know the staff and the details also.

Appraisal part on which only 1 grade was approved its little bit painful because its happen to the next year again till now you hold with the same salary.
