No work-life balance, Delay & Hold salary for months. No skill development. Being a technology company they have a diploma holder CTO & project managers. So you can think about how they will be technically sound. They have not any work processes. There are some bootlicker people too especially in designing & IT support teams. It is better to be jobless then working for this company.

Don't Have any work Culture, The Person working as Manger Team Lead, 1st- They Don't Have Technical Skill, I don't know how they are team lead and CTO, or Project Manager , 2nd -Company Hire you UI Developer or Java Developer, and will work you on Power Point Presentation, Excel, Word, Totally worst Experience Boss is too much Decent, He Always trust on his project Manger , and Manager and Team Lead take your Work Credit, Seriously is you are thinking That Join Margsoftware or Marsoft Technology Please Do not Join They Will Spoil your Skill, and can Fire you any time without any Notice according their Work

The company is good technology . I love the software programming and operate, I like the accounting software.

The work pressure is very high. And I starting work 12 hours. Also there on job training for fresher. Rohit Gautam
