appraiseal is not good, Job security is very low. if you join on higher package then always be ready for leave the company md level is good but the politic is very bad inside the cimpany

...ent get influenced by some of the old employees. 5. Bad Policies and Process 6. Who can do battering well ,will have great salary and amazing appraisal. 7. When employee work there is no value but when the leaves they try to retain but they can't because neither they have good offer nor employees want to stay more over there.

Overall company was good and team members are very supporting but boss was very rude man and very cheap he did not give us salary time to time. He delivered the salary in EMI and way of taking very bad👎

The company and its environment is innovative and ready to adopt new technology..it's really good experience to work in marg with my teammates and my seniors...company support to employee is good...

I think due to internal politics , company couldn't gain higher market share as it's full strength...

Too much internal politics, no job security even in first month, you have to spent money from own pocket Only official holidays but in practical there is no holidays, you have to work Sunday also
