The amendment that are happening in organization are excellent. Good opportunity to learn for all the employees.

Dislikes

Pharmacy issue. Food n beverages needs to be work more in view of food quality for patients as well public. More attention to b payed on cleaning aspects in critical as well non-critical areas. Parking issues. There should be sufficient space inside hospital for parking for visitors.

I Liked that there are people who are working because they have no other options in the market, and they are underpaid and overly burdened in the name of a startup.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, they want you to work as donkey’s, just close your eyes and do whatever they ask for, without even considering time frames and your work- life balance. Rest ask in your connects before joining MAH.

Very much pathetic condition working here not for me but for almost every one. No one is happy with the policies and the processes and for me the manager (C Shankar) was quiite nonsense. He misbehaved with me. No one cared about it
