I m proud to work with marella cruises I learnt more things about the job. Providing good work environment and culture. Mangement was very supportive during covid 19 lockdown and helps us until to reach my home.

To work with marella cruises is good but career growth and salary is very slow

I like the surrounding and i travel different places.. thats my first company so this ship helped me to explore the world

The extremely disappointment was that the senior staff was very rude they are using the power of there position and whoever is not having the good relations with them, they gave very bad evaluation to there staff.. And 2nd thing, till today i didn't got my appraisal letter.. i left the ship in October 2023 and when i ask the crew purser for my appraisal they are denying and telling that they deleted / eraised my whole data from the company.

I came on medical leave and medical fairness certificate sent to doctor but the not submitted the same to company requested so many time but all in vain.Now your good self requested kindly take the matter personally and re hire me.However the working culture is very good and satisfied for work pleased.

Many things...from cafeteria food to biased growth n favorism. Lot of politics and favoring own nationalities. No proper evalutaion and no growth. Never been i worse atmosphere

Comfortable working environment and amazing colleagues.Best 5 years of working with Marella and hope more to go.Excellent management and the handsome salary
