I would give a bigg red signal to all who wants to apply in mareana. I have given them so many years yet i could not see any change worst work life balance i have spend 12 hours a day , and even then no appreciation. Managers are dumping all the negativity. They will all gang up behind your back and will torcher you . I would suggest please do not go for mareana even if you get a good package. Working in fun environment is far better than working for few more INRS in toxic environment. ⁷

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
