Through my experience at Marching Ants Technology , I learned a lot about different management styles , and maintaining cooperation in a large group project setting. I felt that opportunity for me there were limited by the structure and size of company.I believe that a larger company with international presence can offer challenges as well as opportunities, unavailable at a smaller firm.

The work place was not good earlier was too small and crowded. But now they moved to brand new office.
