Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

1.Marketed solution is a fraud company 2. They are not able to pay salaries and bonuses to their employees. 3.They have no HR policy, they take for permanent job but it can last for 2 months and you will be dehired without any salary know you have no job security here. 4. The behavior of upper management Monali Majhi and Anubhav Chakraborty is so bad and rude, they are treating their employees like house servants. 4.Higer authority monali majhi and anubhav chakroborty behaviour's so bad and rude, they are behave like their employees are their home servent. 4.Culture and environment is too bad. 5.Be aware this a totally scam company they use your name photography and personal details on their personal work.
