Nothing good. Everything bad. Being jobless is better than working here.

Don't give salary in time. Many deductions without any time ( even after being in profit). They promised to give me bonus and commissions on every document written but they are liers. They never gave me any bonus. When I asked for bonus they have only one answer : "you can leave the job if you have any problem"

Small company, little to no bureaucracy

Dislikes

Nothing good. There is no work life balance. Won’t pay salary on time. No corporate culture. No appraisal for good work, no salary hike ever. No any other benefit. They won’t pay entire commission on time. Before joining they will give you a different policy. After joining they will give you 100 of terms and conditions of commission pay. For every complaint they will have only one answer “YOU CAN LEAVE IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE JOB”.

It us a small business. So there is no politics

...ulture. No one cares about any employee’s problems. They only care about work. Many a times salary will be given very late. They often take overtime work but never pay bonus. No any way of skill development. I always felt frustrated. So I left the job.

It is in NCR region. That's the only good thing about Marc.

They treat employees like animals. No corporate culture, no promotion, no salary hike, 6 days work week along with long work hours, no any other benefits.

Company is full of politics all of the suden they fire you without any reason .. it happen with me i joined in this company as Sr.Marketing Executive on 13May 24 and they fired me on 16th May 24 without any reason when i go to HR Vikas Chaudhary in Marketing he is saying why are you gone to HR is he is bigger then owner of company ..Total Pathetic company i wont suggest any one to join this company
