They will promote on basis of perception rather than skills, and hence there is no right fit for the role. Once you fail, they will make sure that you are held responsible for everything and thrown out of the company. Marble Box maintains a good work culture and always thinks about the employee well-being. The job security in this company is always in the highest level. The higher management has always been supportive to all the employees and encourages them to grow in their work life.

Dislikes

The only thing I feel can be changed is the salary banding for the employees. On paper it may look like good or average however, if it is compared to other companies which deals with General Insurance it will be considered on lower side.
