They give rapid growth and salary, however there is no proper IJP, no training to develop your self in the new role. They will promote on basis of perception rather than skills, and hence there is no right fit for the role. Once you fail, they will make sure that you are held responsible for everything and thrown out of the company. Even though there is someone else who might be having worse data than yours but since he or she is blue eyed... Hence they are safe

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
