They will promote on basis of perception rather than skills, and hence there is no right fit for the role. Once you fail, they will make sure that you are held responsible for everything and thrown out of the company. Even though there is someone else who might be having worse data than yours but since he or she is blue eyed... Hence they are safe

Unorganised, politics, no work life balance, higher management bullies/ humiliates you as per their whins and fancies.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
