Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

we worked for 2 years contract but while end our contract company is going initiate for renewal.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and financially very hard to live with family, will not get any compensation from companies for family, no benefit for the individual, there is no overtime allowances. all the official information float by Whatsapp not using proper way of mail communication. Employee's suggestion not appreciated and not to be implemented if its for company growth.
