Zero commitment of management to teachers and students Zero holistic development of students A haven for students who were not able to make it to other colleges No values being imparted No sports, cultural events to promote students innate talents Teachers who are here see their job as a pass time with no value added to their efforts in reaching out to students who are not great at learning Blackmailing students with their internal marks has become a norm

Likes

Worked and studied in a environment friendly compound. Enough study materials are there for refering. Friendly faculties and supporting friends .

Dislikes

Some of the faculties are rough and tough in nature. Labs also in minimal condition

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
