...here is no "software" here. - No WFH options, a tactic used to retain employees. You'd be better off joining another company even with a lower pay. You will soon realise that the WLB and self-respect is priceless after joining.

The only thing to like about MAQ software is it's Hyderabad office interior and that's it. There's nothing to like about this sh*thole company.

... your manager. 2. They discriminate salaries based on the college you are from. They will pay more to students from premier colleges even if you are on the same team, doing the same work and giving the same time to the company you will be paid half. 3. They will turn off ACs at 5 but you need to work for 12 hrs. Spend 9 hrs in AC and the rest hours sweat like hell and do your work. You can't complain this to anyone. 4 Freshers need to come to office @Sat also because of bootcamps. Their logic is to assign you to a project without giving you a proper introduction to the project and train you at Saturday's so you are basically working on a project on the weekdays and on Saturday you are learning. And BTW The learnings on Saturday May or May not be based on your domain. They have 3 modules Azure, PowerBI and Front end which didn't align with my domain so it was no use for me 5. If you think you will learn something while working for this company trust me you won't. This company doesn't do any brainstorming, there are no development projects going on and they are a modern day Khaata making company. All they do is build power bi reports for their clients. 6. The seniors here are a backstabber they won't teach you anything and will complaint about you if you start asking questions or clarifications about your tasks so you are your own. And if they do any mistakes they will blame you for that. 7. The project managers here are the worst managers they don't even know the meaning of being a manager. They won't listen to you all they know is if there is an escalation on you, you will be scolded like a child and they won't hear your side.

There is no Job Security, Manager will force you to resign. Average working hours was long from 9AM-8PM. I even worked from 9AM-10PM on around 25% days. Think before joining because here techstacks like Power BI will not be used in different companies if you are aiming to switch for big MNCs. In the interview of different companies which you will be giving during Switch time, there will be nothing to say about projects on which you worked at MAQ. Also for ASE, SE1 you will have to go through training sessions which happens on Saturday 9-6 for 6months.

1-zero work life balance 2- They dont give salary as per market standards and no revised salary 3Hire large number of people and seniors get less salary junior get more salary 4- 24/7 availability required even if no work 5- 9 hour available in office otherwise marked absent 6- if u r sick then u have to request beg for leave 7- zero employ friendly company 8- PA was one of benefits before not they don’t give PA due to which seniors resigned 9- they expect interns to Work like seniors 10- zero learning only labour work employees are not respected they are tortured 11- no wfh concept no hybrid work concept only labour work 12- people work on saturday sunday as well it’s fine if you work sometimes due to project deliverables but here they force u to work without any comp off and or pay 13- If you ask for comp off they will say will have to mail to higher authorities for the approval then you will get otherwise not in my hands and if you deny to work you will be laid off or your senior will give bad feedback to manager that zero dedication towards work. Look for other option before coming here
