From past 4-5 months my mental health is in very low state due to the work pressure here .even my counsellor says that the company should make the work life balance healthy and the reason my mental health is going down and stress is causing me a depression .i am taking lot of therapy sessions but its of no use the companys working environment nullifies it.I with my folded hands urge the senior management to look in such issues .we employees have also some life

my experience at this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. the senior management expects employees to work day and night without any support. despite sarcastically discussing fitness and work-life balance, the reality is far from it. a constant atmosphere makes me and my colleagues depressed .its disheartening to see the lack of empathy and understanding from senior management towards the struggle faced by the employeees.priotizing employee well bieng is cruicial for overall success and sustainability of the company

One thing I value most in MapUp is the work-life balance. It has flexible hours and understands that happy and fulfilled employees are important. Because of this approach, I have been able to give time to my family and hobbies which has contributed positively to my mental health.

There is nothing much here in this company that can be likable, still, the only thing I like about this company is the flexibility of selecting technology, since it's a tiny startup the technology selecting decisions are flexible, and you get to learn and implement new techs

Don't be impressed with the only pro I wrote above, this company is a hell of a nightmare, don't ever join any such organization, they treat employees as laborers and make them work as hell, even working after hours at night is regular, forget your personal life here, work-life balance what is that, every employee ends up working till 10 11 pm every day and even till 12 - 1 am, the founders are not even grateful for this, they think this is normal, and everyone works this much. Please, if you love your mental health, if you don't want your work-life balance to get converted to only work balance, don't ever think of joining this company.
