During interviews, qualified candidates with good communication skills are overlooked if they're deemed a "future threat". Instead, they prefer candidates who will simply follow instructions.

For me, it's package which they offer is not up to the mark. Although whole GIS industry is not providing the salary what the employee deserve specifically in India. Other countries are offering a much better amount if you compare it with India...
