I like work flexibility, and I can learn skills from departments I am interested in

Dislikes

There's office politics, and some people offload their work onto coworkers. There is no proper recognition for the work we've done, no promotions, and salary delays. Management is not effective at taking proper actions—they discuss issues but don't implement solutions. Additionally, salespeople are selling products below the margin, which is causing losses for the company. As a result, I haven't found any growth opportunities in this company

The support from few colleagues is unparallel. They make the work environment sustainable. However, a handful few will ensure a constant toxic environment

Dislikes

There is zero policies in place. No sops in place. No security. No benefits apart from salary. FYI salary dates are irregular. Expenses are still pending for me. The so called HR will never settle dues and do any sort of final settlement after one leaves the company.

They provide space and work life balance are the two reason why I like working here

Every company has there own challenges, reimbursement and allowances are the thing where they don't want to pay good amount and for bonus nothing is there on festivals and hike is not that great until unless you are an extraordinary performer.

You can learn a lot from the team and CEO. She is very friendly and supports the team better. The team that i worked in is very supportive and very friendly. I never had work pressure because of this team. This is the best team I ever worked with.

Dislikes

Delay in Salaries release. Delay in yearly incremental process. Layoffs happens every year.
