Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Pathetic culture.Family run business cum shop without any vision.Director and HR head (husband wife mentally harass the employees)

Dislikes

Nothing to like except for new joinees good picture is portrayed and after couple of months either they are asked to leave or they themselves leave the company becaz of family culture business
