Likes

It's good only for the one who wants to work for free and wants a dominating boss who doesn't believe in your work.

Dislikes

There's no management here. Actually it's run by a woman who hires candidates as an intern on regular basis and get s all the work done with utmost domination and if she's done with you, she'll either find a reason to remove you or tricks with her words and behaviour so that you will quit on your own.
