Nice place to work, company policies are good but appraisal and salary are poor as I was working in frachisee ,the salary paid was not satisfactory, franchisor won't give good salary and incentives

Manyavar company sales supported. You know everything sale skill product knowledge and everything knowledge in this company

manners stored franchise is not good specific Utkarsh group is very bad. No increment in salary no payment perfect time. overlap walking experience is very bad

Company is very good people take care of employee as family they call it pariwar

Few old people has their own kingdom they never want a new employee to grow and do better than them. Internal politics is very bad. Powerful people use their power in wrong way

Work life balance is pretty good and the work environment is good.

Dislikes

HR policies are not great. Very few leaves and holidays, long work hours. Payout and increment is pretty low compared to others in the industry.

I wish I liked anything, Nothing is worth liking there for an employee.

The Work Culture is not at all good, its 10 hours working per day, however you need to stretch or work even after leaving office. ZERO work life balance, Saturdays & Sundays are official Off days however you need to login for a MINIMUM of 3-4 hours.
